Responsibilities
Lead the HR team by promoting open communication, building trust, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
Partner closely with the leadership team to provide guidance on company policies, HR best practices, and compliance with state and federal regulations (including ADA, FMLA, AAP, HIPAA, unemployment administration, etc)
Drive the development of future leaders by shaping and executing strategies in recruiting, community outreach, organizational development, employee relations, and workplace safety
Support and conduct critical HR investigations, performance management processes, and disciplinary actions, including terminations
Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs by monitoring key workforce metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Work alongside Operations, Local Leadership, and HR partners to plan, communicate, and execute HR initiatives, projects, and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Leadership experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a strong results‑driven mindset
Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI)
Strong ability to interpret, respond to, and resolve employment law matters
