Responsibilities
Manage workflow by reviewing work orders, preparing customer-specific billing documents, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, following through to successful completion
Draft and distribute memos, reports, and email correspondence
Respond to client inquiries and provide clear, timely information
Coordinate schedules, monitor project timelines, and maintain detailed records
Answer incoming calls and provide administrative support when required
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines
Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
Electrical wiring experience: 1 year (required)
Preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in electronics, security systems, or a related industry preferred
