Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring alignment with user experience principles and business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across regions to create engaging, user-friendly content and champion globally inclusive cultural initiatives

Write and design content for various channels, including executive messages, presentations, global and location-specific events, and strategic communications

Execute communication strategies by identifying needs and recommending solutions that support operational and cultural objectives

Analyze content and communication performance metrics, utilizing advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights and optimize user experiences and messaging

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, informing strategic decision-making within the Global Finance Technology group

Measure the effectiveness of communication programs and channels, assessing their impact on the organization

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum

Required

3+ years of experience in content design, editing, or writing for digital products and platforms

Skilled in content architecture, storytelling, and crafting clear, engaging communications

Proven background in content design or communications in corporate or technology settings

Expertise in conveying complex information through effective written and verbal storytelling

Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with senior leaders

Strong creative problem-solving, data-driven critical thinking, and adaptability in identifying trends and patterns

Proficient in designing content structures for enhanced user experience and intuitive navigation

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Databricks for developing dashboards and reports

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
