Associate - Real Estate

They are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Real Estate Group, where the role involves working on sophisticated real estate transactions for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

Experience handling a wide variety of real estate transactions from start to finish, including purchases and sales, development, leases, finance, and joint ventures, preferably involving mixed-use projects and/or other types of complex transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, declarations, closing and loan documents
Experience with all aspects of real estate diligence review, including title and survey review, corporate governance and authority review, opinion review and negotiation
Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills, including experience speaking directly with clients and opposing counsel
Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues while assuming a high degree of responsibility
The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment
Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida

Required
