Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of wellness programs and resources for Parkview Health coworkers
Assist in the planning and execution of MyWell-Being Intramural events, which may include pickleball, sand volleyball, cornhole, yoga, field day, basketball, bowling, and euchre
Create bi-weekly blog postings for the MyWell-Being SharePoint page and prepare for Renewal Workshops
Contribute to the promotion and utilization of the Parkview BikeShare program on the PRMC campus
Work under the supervision of the department Supervisor and Coordinator, with additional responsibilities assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, including one-on-one engagement and small group presentations
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable and able to shift focus as priorities change
Students pursuing degrees in health and wellness–related fields are strongly encouraged to apply, including: Health and Wellness, Health Science, Health Education, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Dietetics, Athletic Training, Public Health
Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of internship
