Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in Cisco’s Industrial IoT Networking portfolio and help customers build scalable, resilient networks
Collaborate across the enterprise networking business to shape cohesive messaging and lead product marketing, competitive positioning, and demand generation
Influence perception at key events and with analysts
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and developing Cisco’s next generation of marketing leaders

Qualification

Required

15+ years of experience in networking or industrial environments, gained through Product Marketing or Integrated Marketing
5+ years of management experience leading full-stack marketing teams with a proven track record in program execution and team development
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of skills and experience

Preferred

Experience articulating the value of advanced technologies and technical concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to solve customer or business challenges
Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable driving initiatives independently while also mentoring and coaching others
Experience working in the IT, networking, SaaS, or mobility industry preferred
Willing to travel as needed, up to 25% envisioned
