Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including bug fixes and performance optimization
Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization; build innovative solutions to streamline business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business applications with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with business needs
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of integration or software engineering experience focused on business and IT system integrations
Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Database expertise in SQL and data modeling
Experience with web development frameworks (Angular, React, Django) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS, including system integrations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and automation solutions
Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Ability to develop and integrate AI models into business applications
Understanding of NLP and computer vision concepts
