Real Estate Litigation Paralegal – San Francisco, CA
Clark Hill Law is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their San Francisco office as part of their real estate practice group. The role involves working on various commercial and residential real estate matters, focusing on litigation and providing support for case management and trial preparation.

Responsibilities
Supporting litigation matters, including foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, assisting with motion and trial preparation, organizing trial exhibits, and maintaining case materials
Handling real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, and drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience supporting litigation matters, including foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, assisting with motion and trial preparation, organizing trial exhibits, and maintaining case materials
Experience handling real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, and drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
