Responsibilities

Conducting technical analysis of reported issues

Reviewing technical reports

Delivering engineering recommendations for corrective actions

Overseeing all phases from requirements development through design, testing, operations, and sustainment

Serving as the focal point for resolving engineering challenges

Ensuring compatibility of all functional and physical interfaces while meeting lifecycle optimization goals

Driving efforts to confirm that system definitions, designs, and solutions align with requirements across various system elements

Leading technical problem-solving

Participating in risk management and configuration management

Preparing technical documentation (e.g., SERDs, SECLs, and change management)

Contributing to trade studies and performance evaluations

Collaborating with program offices, fleet organizations, industry stakeholders, and leadership to ensure the delivery of capability-oriented solutions within schedule and budget constraints
