Responsibilities

Track and trace purchase orders from placement through final delivery

Monitor order status, shipment milestones, and delivery performance against agreed timelines

Identify delays, shortages, or discrepancies and proactively escalate risks

Maintain accurate purchase order and shipment data in ERP and tracking systems

Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners

Work with partners to coordinate shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery appointments

Communicate order changes, exceptions, and priorities clearly to vendors and logistics teams

Support vendor performance tracking and issue resolution

Analyze supply chain datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Create and maintain reports related to order status, lead times, service level performance, and inventory flow

Support root cause analysis for late deliveries, shortages, and cost variances

Assist in developing dashboards and KPIs for supply chain visibility

Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align execution

Support demand and supply alignment through accurate and timely data sharing

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to process efficiency and data accuracy

Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor agreements, and logistics requirements

Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to order tracking and logistics coordination

Support audits, data clean-up, and system enhancements as needed
