Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting
Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow through and an eye for detail
Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after hour calls
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation
