Inside Sales- Business Development Representative
Webster Bank is a leading commercial bank founded in 1935, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. The Business Development Representative will use a consultative sales approach to identify and pursue sales opportunities, selling health-based accounts directly to employers while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales success.

Responsibilities
Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Proven experience in proactively identifying new account opportunities in an assigned territory via prospecting
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal partners such as marketing and outside sales representatives
Ability to prospect through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, ZoomInfo and direct campaigns through sales tools to drive a robust sales pipeline
Knowledge of Health Savings Accounts, Consumer Driven Health Care, Group/Individual Health Insurance sales, Managed Healthcare and the Agent/Broker distribution system
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Ability to identify and engage key decision makers in organizations
Ability to assist with implementation team during busy times
Qualification
Required

Desired two (2) years of sales experience. Ideally in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft software a plus
