Project Manager

Project Turnover Meeting (Sales to Project Team)
Reviewing and understanding all contract documents (Contract, Plans, Specifications, Schedule, etc.) “Rules of the Game”
Schedule of Values – Front Loaded
Insurance Certificate
Bond – if required
Project Budget “Battle Plan”
Conduct Monthly Cost to Complete
Identify and Act on issues early – No Late Write-Downs

Personally, conduct two Job Site Safety Audits per month
Manage your claims and injuries while following IFP/ APi Group policies and procedures
Hold Team accountable to the following:
Completing and turning in Weekly Tool Box Talks
Completing and turning in Daily Job Hazard Analysis/ Daily Huddle
Completing and turning in Daily Lift Inspection forms
Complete and turn in Monthly Vehicle Inspection Forms
Delivering Project on Time and on Budget
Maintain/ Develop Caring and Enduring Relationships with our customers and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Overall management responsibility for all aspects of fire protection construction projects from conception through systems functioning as intended
Oversee or conduct scheduling, planning, actual construction, expediting, inspection, quality control, and total delivery of the project according to established criteria
Responsible for tracking, forecasting, and communicating all costs, profits, and financial measures of the project
Organize and manage all the elements involved in construction - labor, temporary and permanent materials, equipment, supplies, utilities, and time
