Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the consumer and real estate closing and loan servicing teams to ensure consistent performance, accountability, and foster a culture of accuracy and delivering an exceptional member experience

Manage staffing, workload distribution, and workflow prioritization to meet service level expectations and operational demands

Lead and oversee consumer and residential closing teams responsible for preparing accurate closing documents, coordinating loan closings, and ensuring timely funding, while complying with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and internal policies

Oversee loan servicing functions for consumer and residential portfolios, including payment processing and escrow administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of taxes and insurance

Ensure specialized mortgage servicing issues are managed appropriately including escrow management, annual escrow analysis and disclosure, private mortgage insurance removal, subordinations, and modifications

Perform other duties as directed by leadership
