Responsibilities
Provide team leadership for the complete lifecycle of solution development and delivery
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the technical team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
Apply product centric approaches to improve team problem-solving and value delivery
Create release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations
Establish and enforce technical delivery practices and standards that align with the customer's process
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
Plans and leads major technology assignments
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience managing web development projects in an agile environment
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including front-end frameworks (React, Vue), back-end technologies (Java, Artemis MQ), databases, APIs, and data center infrastructure
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
US Citizen. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
PPM certification and have over 5 years' experience in project management
At least 10 years of large scale and diverse IT project management expertise
Preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
