Mid-Atlantic Advisory Junior Salesperson/CIB Markets Program Analyst
Wells Fargo's Global Advisory Sales team is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Advisory Junior Salesperson (CIB Markets Program Analyst). The role involves supporting senior sales professionals to drive client engagement and business growth while analyzing market conditions and maintaining relationships with clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities
Support senior sales professionals across the Mid-Atlantic region to drive client engagement and business growth
Analyze market conditions and single-stock trends to help inform strategic recommendations
Assist in coordinating and booking analyst and corporate access meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by networking extensively with Mid-Atlantic clients
Stay closely aligned with Wells Fargo research and facilitate high-value analyst interactions for priority clients
Partner collaboratively with internal teams and actively engage with clients to deliver exceptional service
Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
Qualification
Required
6+ months of Markets experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents
Preferred
A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field
6+ months of client service experience in financial services
Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
Knowledge and understanding of investment tools such as Bloomberg
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, proactiveness, and a detail-oriented mindset
Strong work ethic, initiative and desire to learn
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Experience developing presentation and spreadsheet materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively internally and externally
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
