Responsibilities

Own the customer relationship as the primary and exclusive point of contact, identifying needs and resolving questions throughout the project lifecycle
Lead internal coordination and information flow across departments, ensuring alignment and fast decision-making
Manage the customer relationship end-to-end, from project start through the correct commissioning of delivered equipment
Run project governance: convene and follow up on coordination/supervision meetings, and create meeting minutes capturing commitments and next steps
Control and monitor project execution (schedule & milestones), identify deviations, and drive decisions/actions to meet project planning

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferred: Industrial/Technical Engineering – telecommunications, electronics, electricity, renewable energies, or related)
3+ years in similar project environments (industrial/energy/technology)
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to travel to customer sites as required by project needs
Experience with renewable energy, power conversion systems, commissioning, or client-facing project delivery
Comfort working in multicultural, fast-paced, technically complex environments
