Responsibilities
Buy off plated parts and certifications for anodize, paint, chem film, and other processing
Verify products meet blueprint requirements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plates, and optical comparators
Complete inspection documentation in compliance with AS9100 requirements
Audit products and processes to AS9100 standards
Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience with inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plates, and optical comparators)
Ability to complete inspection documentation in compliance with AS9100 requirements
Ability to audit products and processes to AS9100 standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and accountability
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Willingness to work Weekend Shift
Preferred
Experience in quality inspection (not required, as training is available)
