Responsibilities

This position will involve a balance of responsibilities, with focus on program management and dedicated to external-facing tasks such as stakeholder engagement, business development, and relationship building
Develop, articulate, and implement detailed project plans effectively
Maintain a customer-focused approach with strong navigation skills in payer, provider, and regulatory landscapes
Participate in enterprise and divisional committees and cross‑departmental initiatives to support collaboration and organizational learning
Leverage existing knowledge and relationships with industry thought leaders and funders to drive initiatives
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to convey vision, goals, and expectations clearly to both employees and a broad range of stakeholders

Required

Experience in managing and leading behavioral health services

Ability to drive strategic growth and program development
Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and engage with stakeholders
