Responsibilities
Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Comptroller
Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and reports
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced accounting office
Qualification
Required
Prior payroll processing experience required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and customer service skills
