They are seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Operations to oversee the successful opening of new business units and operational projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved

Coordinate internal teams and external resources, ensuring accountability and on-time execution

Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned for future projects

Continuously refine project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance operational execution and efficiency

Lead and oversee the operational launch and integration of new business units, including site openings, acquisitions, and organizational transitions

Anticipate and resolve project challenges, managing escalations to maintain progress and alignment

Strengthen Enterprise Operations by developing, executing, and supporting key strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness

Partner with internal teams (HQ and field) and external vendors to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables that support business objectives

Act as the central point of contact to ensure coordination, clear communication, and alignment across project teams

Track, evaluate, and communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders
