Responsibilities
Provide technical support across engineering functions including design, equipment specification, installation, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet project and plant goals
Standardize equipment and systems for capital projects and existing installations, ensuring compliance with safety codes and engineering standards
Lead troubleshooting and optimization efforts for packaging equipment, materials, and systems, introducing advanced techniques to solve complex issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new packaging technologies and processes, driving innovation and operational efficiency
Promote knowledge sharing through technology platforms and collaborative systems to enhance organizational learning and capability
Facilitate the dissemination of new packaging technologies and best practices across the organization, documenting and sharing successful solutions
Drive performance improvements in packaging operations by enhancing KPIs and implementing new techniques to optimize process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Hold a degree or advanced degree in engineering
Over 15 years of experience in process and packaging engineering, project execution, and plant manufacturing
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and guiding packaging equipment and systems for bulk powders and liquids
Skilled in strategic prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, and applying IPS governance to drive operational excellence and standardization
Fluency in English required
Preferred
Working knowledge of a Latin or Asian language is a plus
