Responsibilities

Provide SME guidance and insights in this domain

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and strategies

Review and support technical documentation, processes, and deliverables

Support training and development by creating educational materials and mentoring staff

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies

Analyze business needs and recommend improvements or innovations

Participate in product development, testing, and implementation phases

As a SME support product research and evaluation

Support solution architecture on new system designs and installation, configuration, testing, and documentation

Coordinate Software upgrades, patches and maintenance

Support Product Owner for technical priorities and team leadership, directly manage a small team

Technical support including trouble shooting and problem resolution

Network analysis, administration, and configuration

Operating system, related software products, application and data backup and recovery

Disaster recovery

Performance analysis and tuning

Capacity planning

Required

Expert knowledge of operating system(s) and relevant software and hardware products, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning and capacity planning

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required or equivalent work experience

Minimum of eight (8) to 10 years of related experience

Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required

Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
