Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drivability concerns

Conduct Virginia State Inspections accurately and in full compliance with state regulations

Identify safety issues and mechanical failures with minimal oversight

Use diagnostic tools and software to efficiently troubleshoot complex vehicle issues

Ensure all repairs and inspections meet industry standards and safety requirements

Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle condition, repair needs, and timelines

Maintain accurate inspection and repair documentation

Assist with parts ordering and inventory accuracy as needed

Stay current with evolving automotive systems, technology, and repair techniques
