Enable Mainstream Adoption: Build trading and custody solutions that make crypto accessible to millions through trusted platforms like PayPal and Venmo
Power Enterprise Innovation: Create the infrastructure that allows major financial institutions to innovate rapidly and offer cutting-edge crypto services to their customers
Optimize Market Efficiency: Develop execution algorithms and liquidity solutions that improve price discovery and reduce trading costs across the entire ecosystem
Set Industry Standards: Build regulatory-compliant trading infrastructure that becomes the gold standard for institutional crypto operations
Scale Global Access: Enable seamless crypto trading experiences that work across different markets, regulations, and customer segments worldwide
Drive Trading Excellence: Execute roadmaps for order management, execution optimization, and liquidity solutions that power billions in trading volume
Enhance Customer Experience: Work with enterprise partners to understand their trading workflows and deliver solutions that delight their end users
Optimize Performance: Use real-time data and analytics to continuously improve execution quality, reduce latency, and enhance trading efficiency
Innovate at Scale: Contribute to breakthrough features in crypto trading infrastructure, helping democratize access to digital assets globally
Lead Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that are both innovative and regulatory-compliant
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of Product Management experience with a passion for financial technology and market innovation
Understanding of trading operations, market microstructure, and the mechanics of efficient execution
Comfortable working with engineering teams on complex, real-time trading systems
Experience working with enterprise clients to understand and solve complex operational challenges
Use data and analytics to optimize products that operate under strict performance and reliability requirements
Excited about democratizing access to financial services and enabling financial inclusion
Preferred
Experience with crypto trading platforms or digital asset infrastructure
Background in institutional trading or brokerage operations
Understanding of market structure and regulatory frameworks
