Engage in sophisticated legal matters that shape the success of leading and emerging companies

Qualification

Corporate law experienceMergersAcquisitionsSecurities act reportingDrafting agreementsAnalytical capabilitiesNegotiation skillsLicensed to practice lawCommunication skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

3 to 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities act reporting and capital markets, fund formation, and debt finance
Experience in preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, private placement memoranda, and SEC reporting and registrations
Licensed to practice law in Utah (or eligible for admission by reciprocity)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
