Corporate Associate Attorney
GPAC is a well-established law firm recognized for its excellence in corporate law, seeking to expand its team. The Corporate Associate Attorney will handle complex corporate matters, build strong client relationships, and engage in high-impact deals across various industries.
Responsibilities
Work on high-impact deals with top companies across various industries
Build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events
Engage in sophisticated legal matters that shape the success of leading and emerging companies
Qualification
Required
3 to 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities act reporting and capital markets, fund formation, and debt finance
Experience in preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, private placement memoranda, and SEC reporting and registrations
Licensed to practice law in Utah (or eligible for admission by reciprocity)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
