Foundation Development Director, Middle Atlantic PGA
BoardRoom magazine is seeking a Foundation Development Director for the Middle Atlantic PGA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives through the community of golf. The role involves developing and executing strategies to secure financial support for the Foundation, building relationships with donors, and managing fundraising campaigns and events.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial targets and support organizational priorities
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
Plan, execute, and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
Research potential grant opportunities, write proposals, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Organize and oversee fundraising events, including online campaigns, galas, and community outreach efforts
Track donor data, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on fundraising progress and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field
Minimum of three years of fundraising experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising techniques
Passion for golf and a commitment to the mission of the organization
Preferred
Experience with donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.)
