Fulfillment Specialist
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Fulfillment Specialist. In this position, you will assist customers by completing errands and organizing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate service while providing excellent customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Complete important errands and tasks for busy professionals, seniors, parents, or people with disabilities
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests, maintaining high standards of service
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that new services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
Build relationships with customers by providing dependable, high-quality service
Explore opportunities to generate new business through innovative use of the client Marketplace and other verticals
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through the app and SMS
Qualification
Required
Comfortable navigating NYC and Manhattan, including the subway system and public transportation
Tech-savvy, with experience using apps, texting clients, and following GPS directions
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in shopping lists, product selection, and communication
Trustworthy, dependable, and professional; able to maintain customer privacy and punctuality
Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems on the go
People-oriented, understanding the impact of small tasks on customer satisfaction
Determined and willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve success
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one
Proven success leading initiatives, establishing and achieving goals, and collaborating in a team environment
