Responsibilities

Work with analytics users across the University, develop and maintain a suite of best practices for marketing, reach, and SEO; Follow the latest trends in online advertising and provide user community with sound rationale in increasing return-on-investment
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements for the University's online properties and translate those requirements into tracking strategies
Contribute to Institute Communications training and customer support materials when required as well as coordinate client projects and administrative aspects of client projects as needed
Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements for Google Analytics and other tools as necessary
Stay abreast of web analytics trends, tools, and best practices. Lead efforts to research and evaluate new tools and capabilities in the analytics industry
Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions
Serve as a liaison to vendor partners to ensure success with a variety of projects
Report and analyzes website performance, online experience and engagement analytics
Work with management and stakeholders to identify requirements and delivery relevant/actionable analysis
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Six to eight years of job related experience
strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred

Certificate or professional education in digital marketing
advanced knowledge of digital marketing
demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
assimilate information quickly
analyze problems and implement appropriate solutions
Master's Degree in Business Administration
