Monitor and maintain critical building equipment and systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical issues
Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner
Document maintenance activities using work order and CMMS systems
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and facility standards
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant building or facilities maintenance experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
EPA 608 Certification required
HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting
Plumbing repair and maintenance
Preferred
HVAC certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience using work order systems
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
