Responsible for clinical research financial administration
The primary responsibility is interfacing directly in a professional manner with business partners in the pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research organization (CRO) industries to administer the accounts receivable for a large clinical trial portfolio under the management of the CFCCC Stern Center for Cancer Clinical Trials and Research
Uses professional financial services concepts
Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of moderately complicated issues
Works on financial services problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems
Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet and database software
Experience 3-5 years of related work experience in clinical research and/or financial administration responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
