Responsibilities
Manage and mentor attorneys, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability
Provide strategic guidance on case management, legal strategy, and best practices to ensure successful outcomes for clients
Work closely with Owners, Shareholders, and Business Managers to align legal operations with overall firm goals
Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance workflow, productivity, and case outcomes
Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards while mitigating potential risks
Uphold the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional legal representation and client experience
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a minimum of 10 years in plaintiff-side litigation experience (e.g. Personal Injury, Employment, Consumer Protection, etc.)
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of attorneys
Strong understanding of law firm operations, business strategy, and efficiency improvements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
