Remote Research Analyst - Survey & Data Collection (Contract)
Knowledge Services is currently seeking a contract, full-time Research Analyst to administer phone interviews for a state-wide research project about U.S. residents’ health-related risk behaviors. The role involves contacting individuals, administering surveys, and documenting data into an internal database system.

Responsibilities
Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys
A quota of 100 phone calls should be met each day, or a minimum of 5 completed interviews per day
Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed
Ensure integrity of all data relating to program is accurately reported
Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator
Provide excellent customer service to participants
Coordinate interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Quality control measures to ensure all data is being captured during each survey
Qualification
Required
Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
Must be a self-starter, self-motivate and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to make a large number of outbound calls, and call center experience strongly preferred
Background check required
