The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating real-time tactical systems, as well as supporting troubleshooting and testing activities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate requirements and and analyze best methods of implementation for cost, timeline and functionality. Present findings in design reviews

Design electrical components and assemblies, including tactical components, test assets, and system interfaces

Document electrical designs. Create drawings including wire run lists, and BOMs to existing government specifications and requirements

Support troubleshooting and testing activities ranging from component-level to integrated system level

Work closely with a team of engineers, analysts and technicians to design, develop, build, refine, and deliver engineering prototypes and production units

Apply Military Standards in design, as well as cable fabrication and testing techniques

Maintain design documentation through project Configuration Management processes

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience

Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical Box Build and Wire Harness design using ECAD tools, primarily AutoCAD

Experience in use of electronic test equipment in testing and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies and wire harnesses

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
