The Technical Support and Services Technician will serve as the main point of contact for IT-related issues, responsible for assisting internal customers with technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Serving as the main point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or through email
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions to the internal customer
Providing remote support, software loading, etc. for all hand-held and tablet technology tools

Have basic IT knowledge

Benefits

SHIFT PREMIUMS OFFERED:
* 6 PM – 12 AM – Additional $1.00 per hour
* 12AM – 6AM – Additional $2.00 per hour
