Sponsorship Coordinator
The Feed is a global sports performance marketplace for athletic nutrition and optimization. As the Sponsorship Coordinator, you will coordinate sponsorship campaigns, manage athlete engagement, and support marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations across the sponsorship ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Execute sponsorship deliverables and coordinate key vendor campaigns, including athlete recruitment and seeding initiatives
Create email campaigns and campaign briefs for monthly activations
Coordinate creation and distribution of promotional materials for campaigns
Spearhead all SBTF gatherings, including webinars
Track analytics of campaigns to present to the broader marketing team
Conduct sponsored athlete onboarding calls and vetting processes
Spearhead bi-annual audits on Feed credit consumption and athletes' adherence to sponsorship agreements
Stay up-to-date on social profiles of sponsored athletes and monitor athlete sentiment
Manage the sponsorship inbox and provide excellent customer service to athletes
Process various types of inbound sponsorship inquiries, including clubs, podcasts, events, and special cases
Coordinate weekly rides and communication with our Zwift community
Handle purchasing and product coordination for inventory needs in relation to vendor campaigns through the SBTF program
Troubleshoot software issues in the sponsorship platform
System maintenance and process optimization for sponsorship workflows
Update and maintain sponsorship calendars, including bi-monthly newsletter emails
Manage sponsorship community channels and engagement across platforms
Support the marketing team at events and provide 'boots on the ground' support for higher-profile events
Onboard, train, and be the go-to contact for The Feed’s sponsorship interns
Assign calls and emails to interns and integrate them into the sponsorship ecosystem
Monitor the performance of sponsorship campaigns and provide real-time feedback
Help create and execute strategies for athlete engagement
Recommend new tactics/approaches to optimize sponsorship performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
Proven experience in marketing, partnership coordination, or athlete representation within the sports or fitness industry
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with athletes and clubs
Strong understanding of endurance athlete space and passion for working with athletes
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel during the week and on weekends and work flexible hours as needed to support partnership and athlete activities
