Responsibilities
Drive Operational Excellence: Lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar automation strategies
Optimize Order-to-Cash Processes: Analyze workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance speed and accuracy
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on ROI (Return on Investment) and process improvements
Lead Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies
Integrate Automation & AI (artificial intelligence): Collaborate with technology teams to embed AI and automation into financial operations for future-ready processes

Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry
7+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or program management roles
Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations
Continuous Improvement frameworks prowess
Leadership related experience in finance with a relentless drive for delivering impact
Demonstrated ability to be a simplifier, while working through complex business situations in a rapidly changing environment
Superb cross-group collaboration, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate and influence senior management
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to function as an evangelist and catalyst to customer experiences
High-level of integrity and self-confidence with demonstrated change management and ability to lead in an inclusive culture
