Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Understanding of federal and Maine labor laws, benefits, collective bargaining, and HR compliance
Proven ability to handle confidential information, proficiency in HRIS, personnel databases, and Google/Microsoft Office Suites
Valid Maine Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
