Review complex C Corp, S Corp, and partnership income tax returns
Review of high-net-worth individual returns
Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
Identify and leverage tax planning opportunities
Handle and resolve tax controversies
Training and supervision of staff members

Qualification

CPATax return preparationPublic accounting experienceBachelor'sMaster's in AccountingStaff managementCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
CPA is a must
7+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review
Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities
Experience managing & mentoring staff
