Responsibilities
Identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards
Partner with departments to improve financial performance
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
Assist with monthly close, audits, and process improvements
Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgets throughout the year. Advise management of any major variances and their impact on operation and results
Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
Assist in analyzing cost categories, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvement projects. Continuously monitor and manage the performance of departments to support and achieve planned efficiencies and profitability
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, time management, organizational skills, as well as leadership qualities
Proactive, entrepreneurial, can operate resourcefully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly organized and diligent, pays attention to detail and follows through
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints
Ability to work effectively both independently and in/with a team
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
5+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills
Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
