Focus on national product liability defense throughout the United States

Trial preparation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice (preferably including summary judgment and expert challenges), and deposition experience

Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills

Assist in a significant portfolio of work for a high volume practice

Demonstrate solid leadership and interpersonal skills

Required

4-6 years of litigation experience

Trial preparation experience, including file responsibility

Solid leadership skills

Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan or eligible for admission without examination
