Regional Sales Manager

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales Management, Relationship Management, and Account Development
Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, and Business Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting
Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving results
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience in the construction or related industry is highly desirable
