Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to all customers - inbound and outbound calls
Working with customers to schedule appointments in a timely fashion
Using the Officemate database to set appointments
Communicating with Project manager to get referrals for new patients
Contacting perspective patients to schedule appointments and/or to pick up previously ordered devices
Interacting with customers to solve problems and give assistance when needed
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Using the Accountmate database to enter data

Qualification

Customer service skillsCall center experienceFriendly demeanorHigh call volume handlingData entry skills

Required

High School graduate
Ability to answer high call volume
Customer service skills a must
Friendly demeanor

Preferred

1-year call center experience a plus
