Responsibilities
Partner directly with business and technical teams to translate real-world problems into scalable AI + Foundry solutions
Build and deploy GenAI and data workflows using modern frameworks and platforms like Palantir Foundry
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear data models, operational actions, and scalable architectures
Rapidly experiment, iterate, and improve workflows and models based on user feedback
Contribute to Echos’ internal accelerators, building modular AI capabilities and Foundry integration templates
Collaborate closely with Echos’ leadership team on strategic initiatives and new Foundry solution areas across industries (OEM, BFSI and Others)
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
Ontology design & modeling
Transformations / Code Workbooks
Operational actions & workflow orchestration
Object Explorer & lineage tracking
Experience integrating GenAI / LLMs into Foundry workflows
Proficiency in Python (and optionally TypeScript/JavaScript)
Solid grounding in ML concepts — prompt design, evaluation, fine-tuning
Track record of delivering production-grade data or AI solutions
Willingness to travel (~25%) for on-site client deployments
Preferred
Exposure to modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
