Responsibilities
Skilled in engaging with customers professionally, resolving concerns promptly, and providing consistent service through various channels (phone, email, in person)
Demonstrates ability to manage calendars, organize files, order supplies, generate documents, and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in using office tools and software (e.g., Excel, Word), preparing documentation, and managing inventory and logistics processes
Capable of performing receiving activities, lifting and stocking inventory, rotating items, maintaining clean workspaces, and ensuring accurate data entry aligned with shipping workflows
Communicates clearly and works effectively within a team environment, while maintaining consistent attendance and contributing to shared goals
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to follow procedures, accept supervisory coaching, and operate general office equipment
Preferred
Two or more years of experience with accounts receivable and payable
Experience generating reports, presentations, or technical documentation
Ability to file, alphabetize, and sort materials with accuracy
Familiarity with inventory and receiving systems
Ability to learn new software systems and apply technical concepts
