Responsibilities
Identify and develop lists of prospective clients
Cold call and network to generate qualified leads
Guide opportunities from first contact through signed agreements
Build and present proposals tailored to each client’s needs
Provide accurate provisioning details to the operations team
Participate in client onboarding and lead training sessions
Upsell solutions to existing clients
Represent Soarin Group at local business and community events
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in outside B2B sales
Proven prospecting ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong closing skills and customer relationship management
Understanding of IT, telecommunications, and cloud services
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Ability to be on your feet or at a desk for extended periods
Proficient computer skills
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
