Community Engagement Systems Administrator

Chippewa Valley Technical College is seeking a Community Engagement Systems Administrator to manage the operations and optimization of CRM systems within the college's strategic communications and engagement functions. This role involves configuring and maintaining systems, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring data integrity while supporting the institution's strategic objectives.

Education Management

Responsibilities

Configure and administer CRM systems to meet organizational needs
Collaborate with IT and business units to develop technical solutions, prioritize requests, and ensure seamless integration
Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into system configurations
Lead implementation, testing, and documentation of new features, and system upgrades
Manage relationships with consultants and vendors to support technology upgrades
Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations related to data management and communication
Provides support and back up coverage to leaders of supported areas in operational matters related to systems and processes
Monitor and maintain data integrity with specific attention to CAN-SPAM and FERPA regulations
Build and maintain queries, dashboards, and reports to support engagement campaigns, business development, and strategic decision-making
Manage configuration of constituent and account record objects, ensuring accurate tracking of communications, interactions, and engagement history across all touchpoints
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and end-user documentation
Provide direct support for troubleshooting, bug resolution, and user adoption across CRM functionalities
Provide training and onboarding support for new staff for supported systems
Actively participate in CRM user groups and CRM governance team to ensure transparency and continuity of systems
Manage system improvement and optimization projects across multiple business units
Support strategic initiatives by analyzing data and providing actionable insights

Required

Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience; OR a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
Minimum two years relevant work experience with ERP or CRM systems required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently toward organizational goals
Ability to use judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Ability to resolve conflicts
Ability to interpret and communicate College policies and procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to various campuses
Ability to utilize technology and report-writing tools to enhance productivity and communication
Ability to manage projects focused on timelines, project deliverables, etc
