Customer Service Representative
Southern Oregon Sanitation, Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to support the customer service team in delivering exceptional service while adhering to industry regulations. This role involves monitoring workflows, training new hires, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring efficient operations within the team.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily workflow and call queues to meet or exceed service levels
Monitor team members daily work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
Support CSR’s with process and billing questions
Resolve customer escalations and complaints
Back-up all offline tasks
Train new hires
Suggest process improvements to increase quality of work and efficiency
Ensure a neat work area at all times including front desk and lobby
Answer inbound calls with urgency and within service level
Communicate clearly with customers and employees in person, over the phone, and through radio communications
Data entry of new accounts, transfers, discontinuation of services, route changes, billing adjustments, etc
Adhere to franchise agreements, company policies and procedures
Assist Front Office Manager as needed
Complete assigned trainings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience at SOS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Knowledge of Jackson, Josephine and Douglas Counties a plus
