Utilizes expertise in fulfillment and warehouse operations to support IT initiatives
Collaborates directly with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations Order Management & Issue Resolution
Oversees orders and transfers, resolving any issues across Counterpoint POS, HELM B2B, and BOW.com B2C platforms
Email Marketing & Product Data Management
Manages email marketing campaigns for BOW.com, overseeing product data management
CrossDepartmental Product Data Support
Provides productrelated assistance to various departments as needed
Customer Onboarding & Communication
Oversee HELMrelated customer communications and manages the onboarding process for new B2B clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce environment
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing
Experience with project management tools and resources
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
