Responsibilities

Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs
Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs
Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations
Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needs

Required

High School Diploma is required
1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)
1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows
Workday experience is preferred
